Purpose of this role:
To support the company operations by maintaining office systems and creating a cohesive, energetic work environment.
Maintains a well-oiled, smooth running, functional and fun office environment
Maintain the Directors diary accurately
Maintain appropriate levels of office supplies, stationery and office equipment including printers and photocopiers and maintenance issues
Monitors office and showroom maintenance through coordination of the Building Managers - EK Nominees and Koskela’s Storeman
Coordinates functions and team meetings ensuring catering, staff, guests and room hire is booked
Assists with any HR, admin and IT requirements necessary in accordance with Koskela procedures
Organises and co-ordinates corporate travel and accommodation in accordance with the Koskela budget
Is an active member of the social committee team working with our People and Culture Consultant
Generally assist with any administrative tasks the team may require.
Organisation and planning – ability to organise, plan and schedule and have a passion for administrative tasks; sound knowledge of both Microsoft Excel and Windows is essential
Relationship builder – be a people person, develop great relationships internally and externally
Efficiency – be able to produce significant output with minimal time
Teamwork – collaborative approach to reaching goals
Flexibility – ability to juggle competing priorities successfully
Initiative – the confidence to use initiative where appropriate and the judgment to know when to seek additional approval

Tech savvy – posses a good understanding across a wide variety of computer programs and devices – mainly Apple products.
