Sales Coordinator & Administrator (full time)

What do we expect from you in this role?  

You will be providing support for the sales and operations team while responding to customer and client enquiries. Ultimately you will be contributing to ensuring the smooth operations within the sales team by supporting the sales consultants. 

  • Populating our client CMS system and client lists
  • Providing trouble shooting for client orders, account statuses and relevant queries 
  • Looking at sales trends within the team – what products are selling well etc. Providing data and guides to help the sales team
  • Preparing correspondence to clients 
  • Coordinate workshops/entertainment/food, beverages and products for events and meetings 
  • Stay up to date and attend new products and feature launches
  • Notify sales team of supply levels
  • Notify team of supplier meeting notes 
  • Suggest improvements to better and evolve the sales process
  • Ownership of team shared file system 
  • Responsible for weekly sales reporting
  • Ownership of samples library.

Key skills required for this role: 

  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient to advanced on excel and office suite
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally, written and verbal
  • Flexible and adaptive in a fast paced environment
  • Want to assist and help the team achieve. 

Please note: A degree is not a prerequisite however a BS in marketing or relevant field would be advantageous.

Accounts Payable Officer - Part Time Permanent (2 days a week)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an accounts payable officer to join our team on a part-time basis. Working alongside our full-time accounts guru, you will be an integral part of the business.

This is a varied role and will very much require you to have outstanding communication skills as you will liaise with suppliers, our customers and the wider team within the company.

What do we expect from you in this role?   

  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Maintaining historical records
  • Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing payment batches
  • Paying vendors by scheduling payment batches and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding their account
  • Ensuring all supplier details are correctly entered and maintained in Xero
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
  • Continuing to improve the payment process
  • Assisting the Company Accountant with month end and generally being able to support the Company Accountant across all parts of the role including payroll, accounts receivable and reconciliations.

Key skills required for this role:

  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working with Xero software
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written).
