    What this role will involve

    1. To produce high quality, accurate 3D renders and 2D drawings within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the Koskela style guides.
    2. Koskela products are accurately documented for client sign off and for production,
    3. Koskela products are beautifully rendered for clients and for Koskela marketing materials.
    4. Creativity and innovation - generates new and innovative ideas for Koskela products
    5. Attention to detail - ensures accuracy of all drawings and renders
    6. Passion and determination - Exhibit passion and excitement over work. Have a can-do attitude.
    7. Organisation and planning - be able to organise, plan and schedule.
    8. Proactivity - act without being told what to do.
    9. Work ethic - have a strong willingness to work hard when it’s needed.
    10. Remain cool under pressure - don’t fall apart in situations of stress.
    11. Team player - Demonstrates reliability, communicates constructively, listens actively, functions as an active participant, shares openly and willingly, cooperates, exhibits flexibility, shows commitment to the team, works as a problem-solver and treats others in a respectful and supportive manner
    12. Communication - be able to inspire and persuade. Be willing to listen to ideas from others and engage in constructive debate.

    Key skills required for this role:

    • ndustrial design / integrated product design qualification.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in 3D modelling and manufacturing documentation, Solidworks and Rhino. 
    • Demonstrated proficiency in photo-realistic concept rendering. KeyShot and V-Ray.
    • Adobe suite competency.
     

    Project Consultant

    We are really excited to be looking for a Project and Sales consultant to join our fast paced and high performing team.

    As part of our awesome team, you will be working to achieve and exceed yearly sales targets by developing genuine relationships with clients through successfully collaborating on projects and through informal opportunities.

    This role involves both the sale of our catalogue products as well as collaborating with our interior design and architect clients to create bespoke design solutions for exciting large scale innovative projects.

    2. Presentation skills - You will be a confident and polished presenter to our customers and clients.

    5. Proactivity - You will be confident to act without being told what to do while bringing new ideas to Koskela.

    A qualification in Interior Design and prior work experience working as an interior designer would be extremely beneficial in this role which requires exceptional attention to detail and a passion for design.
