About this product
Ngayiri Storage Unit — Mobile, Multi-Tray Classroom Organiser for Dynamic Learning Spaces
The Ngayiri is a versatile mobile storage unit designed to help teachers keep classrooms organised, flexible, and efficient. Purpose-built for education environments, this compact organiser features six shelves with integrated Gratnells trays—ideal for sorting, storing, and accessing class resources, from art supplies to worksheets and teaching aids.
Crafted from lightweight yet durable birch laminate, the unit is mounted on lockable castors, making it easy to move around the classroom as needed, then lock safely into place. Whether supporting day-to-day routines or adaptable learning zones, Ngayiri helps maintain an organised, calm, and functional environment.
The top three shelves are fitted with small Gratnells trays, perfect for individual student materials or stationery. The lower three shelves accommodate larger trays, ideal for shared or bulk resources. The clean exposed ply edge and high-performance Laminex surface give Ngayiri a fresh, practical aesthetic that’s built to last.
Part of the Learn by Koskela collection, Ngayiri takes its name from the Dharug Aboriginal word meaning "to bring or carry" — reflecting both its portability and its role in supporting active teaching and learning.

Made in Australia
All Koskela products are proudly made in Australia. By supporting us you also support our manufacturing partners who employ skilled workers that produce high quality products backed by a 7-year warranty.
Social Impact
A portion of proceeds from the sale of this product go towards the Ginda Barri program at the Macleay Valley Workplace Learning Centre (MVWLC) in Kempsey. This program offers support for student mums, a high proportion who identify as First Nations, to continue their high school education.
AfterCare™
Koskela products can be serviced to keep them looking like new and extend their life. Components are repairable or replaceable, so you can swap out a part rather than having to repurchase the whole. In most cases, this maintenance can happen onsite, reducing disruption and delays.
Continuously improving
Koskela has ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Assurance and ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management certification. This certification provides independent verification to our stakeholders and customers that Koskela is committed to quality and improving environmental performance.
Carbon Reduction
Koskela invests in the latest technology and innovative practices to reduce this product’s carbon footprint. Our organisation is committed to absolute zero, with no carbon offsets, by 2030. To keep us accountable we annually measure our carbon emissions and set goals for reduction.
